STANDARD CLEANING

Standard clean prices vary on how many bedrooms and bathrooms are in the home. If there is not a certain task on the list, please check out our extras list.

Kitchen:

• • Thoroughly clean and sanitize sink
• • Clean all dishes if any are in sink
• • Put clean dishes away from dishwasher
• • Clean Countertops with correct cleaning solution
• • Clean Stovetop and backsplash
• • Empty waste basket
• • Wipe down exterior of all applicances
• • Sweep floors/vacuum area rugs
• • Mop floors

Dining Room:

• • Dust/polish all furniture
• • Dust blinds/baseboards
• • Dust ceiling fans
• • Sweep floors/vacuum area rugs
• • Mop floors

Living Rooms:

• • Dust/polish all furniture and picture frames
• • Dust blinds/baseboards
• • Sweep floors/vacuum area rugs
• • Mop floors

Bedrooms:

• • Remove linens and put clean ones on (please leave clean linens on bed)
• • Dust/polish all furniture
• • Dust ceiling fans
• • Empty waste basket
• • Pick up anything on floors
• • Sweep floors/vacuum area rugs/ carpets
• • Mop floors

Bathrooms:

• • Clean/scrub shower and bathtub thoroughly
• • Clean toilet bowl thoroughly (including bottom sides)
• • Wipe down mirrors
• • Dust baseboards
• • Sweep floors/vacuum area rugs/ carpets
• • Mop floors

DEEP CLEANING:

Please note that deep clean price vary on the size of your home. If an items is not the list. Than that is considered an extra. You can find extras on our page.

Kitchen:

• • Sinks are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• • Exterior of stove is wiped down (we carry glass top cleaner)
• • All stainless steel applicances are wiped down
• • Microwave is cleaned inside and outside.
• • Backsplash is cleaned thoroughly
• • Vent hoods are wiped of all grease
• • Countertops are wiped down and sanitized
• • Dishes are washed/put away
• • Light fixtures are cleaned
• • Trash bin is emptied
• • Baseboard are dusted/wiped down
• • Carpets are vacuumed
• • Floors are swept and mopped

Dining Room:

• • All furniture is dusted and polished
• • Light fixtures are dushed and cleaned if applicable
• • Baseboards are dusted/wiped down
• • Fans are dusted
• • Windows are cleaned
• • Carpets are vacuumed
• • Floors are swept and mopped

Living Room:

• • All furniture is dusted and polished
• • Baseboards are dusted/wiped down
• • Fans are dusted
• • Glass are wiped
• • Carpets are vacuumed
• • Floors are swept and mopped

Bedrooms:
